Canva Enterprise Available at UCR
The University of California recently launched a new systemwide contract with Canva, an all-in-one visual communication platform with leading-edge visual communication and design tools.
This launch is exclusively available for all UCR staff, faculty, and student workers, who can now purchase Canva Enterprise licenses through the UCR E-Procurement system. Please contact UCR Bear Help for account access support. All other training, resources, and support will be provided directly by Canva.

How can UCR faculty and staff access a Canva Pro license?
Faculty and staff can order a Canva Pro license from the CDW-G catalog within the UCR eProcurement purchasing platform. Each department will pay for their own licenses, whether for individual users or when purchasing licenses for multiple staff or faculty.
Once the request form has been submitted, please allow 3 to 4 business days for processing and activation. -
What is the cost of a Canva Enterprise license?
UC-negotiated annual rate = $94/user license (regular rate = $120/year). New individual user-based Canva licenses may be purchased at any time. Existing shared group licenses or University Relations-subsidized unit licenses must be purchased by/before June 30, 2025, to remain active.

With their license purchase, staff and faculty users can access Canva using their Single-Sign-On (SSO) credentials. New users will receive a welcome email from Canva with instructions and resources for access to their new account.
