UCR BRANDED TEMPLATES in CANVA
UC Riverside now offers general branded templates in Canva for campus partners. Canva is an online design and publishing tool which utilizes templates, allowing users without design experience or tools to build beautiful and customizable graphics, anywhere from an Instagram post, to printable, multi-page documents, and more.

Any campus partner can use these UCR branded Canva templates using a free Canva account. UCR Schools, Colleges, Student Affairs Departments and other units with access to the University Communications Canva Enterprise account, please log in here or request assistance through canva@ucr.edu.
Training for Canva
For those who are new to Canva, we recommend starting with Canva's Design School. This free online course will help users get started and provides basic knowledge of the tools within the program.
For additional training and specific questions, University Communications provides monthly one-hour training sessions. To register, send an email to canva@ucr.edu with the email addresses of those who wish to attend and date they are available. If the requested date is open, registrants will be added to the calendar and receive a zoom invitation prior to class (class size is limited to 5 participants).

Are other UCR Canva Team users able to see what I create?
No, your designs and templates are only viewable by you unless you share them or share your login.

Can multiple people use the same login?
Yes. You are permitted to share login information with others within your department.

Can I schedule a training session for me and/or my team?
If, after completing the Canva Design School videos and those provided by UCR, you still have question, email canva@ucr.edu and we'll recommend additional training videos or schedule a 1-hour Q&A session over Zoom.
