Growing up in a family of small business owners means that Cesar Bautista has experienced the ups and downs of entrepreneurship. His family’s business struggled during the pandemic to the point of homelessness, further motivating him to study public policy.
Cesar’s goals are to become a policy analyst for the federal or state government and advocate for policies that benefit small businesses and their families.
