Although Rebecca faced her own personal struggles growing up, she emerged with the determination to strive towards a career in STEM. As an aspiring software developer, Rebecca plans to make an impact in the world of technology.

After experiencing personal challenges in her life, Rebecca Jennings chose to transform her hardships into ambition to achieve success. As a first-generation student, Rebecca wants to work in STEM and contribute to the ever-evolving world of technology. 

Rebecca is working towards a computer science degree in the Bourns College of Engineering at UC Riverside. She is also interested in student organizations related to coding and cybersecurity. After completing her bachelor’s degree, Rebecca intends to attain a master’s degree to become a technology analyst or software developer.
